cb4fbaa596 Separate P_SpawnHoopsAndRings into different functions:
-Hoops are spawned in P_SpawnHoop
-Item patterns are spawned in P_SpawnItemPattern
-Ring-like items are spawned normally via P_SpawnMapThing
-Bonus time items are spawned via P_SpawnBonusTimeItem, which is a wrapper for P_SpawnMapThing

80bb59031c Blizzard weather option + much more sane workflow for adding new precipitation options
"precipprops" lets you create a new precipitation type by picking a mobj type to use, how many random states it has, and flags for effects such as thunder/lightning. Seesound on the mobj type sets an ambient sound (like rain drops) and mass sets the sound's frequency in tics. This could open up the possibility for SOC/Lua Weather options later.

2663c79d21 STOP THE CLOCK linedef exectutor!
* When activated, stops the timer in SP/MP.
* Applies to the mapheader countdowntimer as well.
* If you're playing Record Attack, also exits the level immediately.
* It has no special modes, no linedef flags, no parameters, nothing.
* Only not an innate property of A_BossDeath because people may want it to NOT happen sometimes, or make it happen with non-boss events too.

Also, skip over calling P_DoPlayerExit if the player isn't in game.

43ce434ebf * Added boss enable linedef (type 449).
- Frontside x offset = boss ID (determined via parameter for all bosses)
	- Noclimb flag = disable mode
	- Bosses don't do a fuckin' THING - no state updates, no player searches, no sounds, no lua, no nothin' - and it's all totally netsynced.
	- The only thing they WILL do is flash infinitely if you hurt them, but this is designed for stuff where you're not meant to be in the same room as the boss til it's activated.
	- All bosses of all IDs are automatically enabled on mapload, then if an enable mode version of this linedef is present in the map for a specific boss id, that boss id is automatically disabled.
* Add multi-boss support via parameter for:
	- All bosses' MT_BOSSFLYPOINT search
	- Boss 5's waypoint search
	- Oldbrak's waypoint search (this one's for you, jood)

a6ef3c12b0 Seperate MF2_DONTDRAW and MF2_SHADOW into it's own varied set of flags -- drawflags.
- Split MF2_DONTDRAW into MFD_DONTDRAWP[1-4], also replaces MFE_DRAWONLYFORP[1-4].
- Split MF2_SHADOW into MFD_FULLBRIGHT and MFD_TRANS80. I also added an entire spectrum of options for transparency & brightness overrides, since I've found myself wishing for stuff like that before.
- Tethering was updated for it's client-sided drawing to apply to splitscreens too.
- Removed cv_transparency.

The transparency overrides don't seem to work yet (obvious on things using MFD_SHADOW), just running out of time to look into it so I'm pushing what I have.

b745b4fe1b With permission from Kart Krew (Sal and Sryder specifically - they don't know WHY vanilla's using it):
* Port across the additional colour translation maps, including mobj-level support for "colorized" objects.
* Make Fangboss and both Metal Sonic objects greyscale if, on spawn, there is a player in the game who is not a spectator whose skin is that character.
* Allow bosses with MF_GRENADEBOUNCE to opt out of the MF2_FRET colour-flashing tomfoolery, and give this flag to Fang.

c6a0a41d1a Model tilts
- Add modeltilt variable, for more manual control of the model tilting. By default this just copies standingslope, but doesn't get cleared in the air.
- Shadows & trailing bananas now tilt to match the ground they are on.
- Rocket Sneakers & afterimages now tilt to match the player's current orientation.

eac0af999d More control over what stuff get Encore mapping applied to it, with sensible defaults so you don't have to do much to your map to get it to be supported!
* Objects!
	* Gone is the arcane, difficult-to-remember list of random flags. Say hello to MF_DONTENCOREMAP!
	* Alternatively, if the object has a skincolour applied to it, it isn't encoremapped either. (Useful for ghosts, for example.)
* Sectors!
	* The autodetecting of sneaker and spring panels is now much more intelligent, and only avoids remapping the plane(s) the effect is availible upon.
	* Sector special group 2 no. 15 is now "Invert Encore Remap". It inverts the above detection.
* Linedefs!
	* The "Transfer Line" linedef flag can now also be used to deny Encore remappings on linedef textures.
	* Right now it applies to every pixel drawn specifically belonging to that linedef, but if people decide it needs changing, we CAN make it apply to midtextures only (like linedef types 900-910).

740a209631 Fix all compilation errors (tested using DEBUGMODE=1 and ERRORMODE=1) that remain outstanding. Notably:
* Remove FUNCMATH from all void-returning functions, given GCC80 specifically complains about this case.
	* Extend the length of all extant buffers to the safety threshold recommended by the compiler.
	* Add void casts to WS_getaddrinfo's setting to prevent complaints about incompatible typecasts.
	* Extend the charsel, face, and superface buffer sizes and writes to include the null terminator. (I didn't really want to do this because it's not even particularily NEEDED, but there was literally zero way to get around the request that I could find with multiple online searches. I tried.)
