b91701c948 Miscellaneous window de-focus options 
Music pausing is now optional.
Sounds may be paused--on by default.
The game itself being paused in off-line mode is now optional.

(showfocuslost now loads from config.)

fcbe62bbe2 Assign a server player in replays for Lua purposes 
Unfortunately this doesn't seem to help sync much. It
at least prevents constant Lua errors I guess....
