cam_turnmultiplier and cam2_turnmultiplier.
"Camera Speed" has been renamed to "Camera Spacial Speed" in the menu. "Camera
Turning Speed" is now an option.

...
(done by calling HWR_LoadTextures, which in turn calls HWR_FreeTextureCache)
