c2941d6ea5 Item roulette fun-times
- Colorize items, Combi-Catcher style, while the roulette is still going. Nice Chaotix reference, and tells you when the game's just lagged.
- Items blink when you first get them! They blink white when you wait out the whole roulette, red when you mash, or rainbow for enhanced items! Blinking prevents items from being stolen too, so items can't be literally stolen before you even have a chance to see what it was.
- New item roulette sound for mashing
- Fix TC_ limits in Lua

84aa14768f Sorry, Sal! In my defense, you don't need to recompile from scratch for any of this, despite what it may look like, as the skincolour name lists are walled off from the rest of the dehacked lists...
More menu/highlight things:
* Rename "Default" to "Game type", to make clearer what it's doing.
* Tweak race colouring slightly.
* Put a highlight around the level select icon, and make it consistent with voting.
* Allow setting the highlight colour to affect the intermissions.
* Fix bug with gametype colour getting for record attack.

A handful of skincolour things:
* Rename Turqouise to Aqua, because it resembles one of my fav 2.2 colours with that name.
* Fix incomplete Steel Blue -> Steel rename.
* Merge the very similar Blueberry and Sapphire...
* ... so Sapphire can be backported!
* And Ruby too.

0f8daffe2f Hundreds of tweaks
- SPB multiplier depending on 1st-2nd distance
- Removed the Battle-only k_poweritemtimer (hold over from when you could easily get invuln items all of the time), replaced it with a 2 invincibility item cap in ALL modes.
- Spinout is affected by boosters, *properly*
- Can no longer strafe while spinning out on speed bumps
- Messed with how other items interact with speed bumps, again.
- Old bounce code has been ported for non-players
- Fixed Karma players being able to do anything after the round has ended.
- Fixed sneaker and spinout timer weirdness
- Fixed Mines still being hold-use
- Fixed rubber-burn turn not working
- Removed redundant k_spinout and unused k_boosting variables
- Filled out the Color_Opposite table with Kart's new colors. Not really relevant right now (besides some extra Lua functionality) since nothing uses it, but will be nice for if we do the signpost from the sky idea.

626e36e50d * Bumpers and Balloons in a more final state.
* Blue diagonal springs, because that gap is very, very odd.
* Improved A_SpawnFreshCopy.
* Tweaked P_LookForEnemies for consistency's sake. (Previously, it was impossible to make a spring that could neither be homing-attacked or attraction-shotted.)

cca779e4a0 * Updated Supercyan constants/names to Supersky, considering the base skincolour Cyan was renamed Sky (and a new Cyan was made independently of that).
* Swapped the names of Cloudy and Silver so that Silver meant the shinier option.

8f5258fc22 Two changes to the supercolor stuff.
* Don't allow arbitrary numbers to be used for a skin's supercolor, only strings.
* Devmode is no fun allowed mode, so turn off the god hyper flash there.

* Several new supercolours.
	- SKINCOLOR_SUPERSILVER1-5 (for fun) - "Silver"
	- SKINCOLOR_SUPERPERIDOT1-5 (nyeheheh) - "Peridot"
	- SKINCOLOR_SUPERCYAN1-5 (for fun) - "Cyan"
	- SKINCOLOR_SUPERPURPLE1-5 (for fun) - "Purple"
	- SKINCOLOR_SUPERRUST1-5 (mecha/metal sonic) - "Rust"
	- SKINCOLOR_SUPERTAN1-5 (shadow/silver the hedgehog) - "Tan"
* SKINCOLOR_SUPER1-5 renamed to SKINCOLOR_SUPERGOLD1-5, one index for darkest is changed - "Gold"
* SKINCOLOR_TSUPER1-5 renamed to SKINCOLOR_SUPERORANGE1-5, ported properly to the new palette - "Orange"
* SKINCOLOR_KSUPER1-5 renamed to SKINCOLOR_SUPERRED1-5, ported properly to the new palette - "Red"

* new S_SKIN attribute - supercolor - uses an entirely different function to get the names (R_GetSuperColorByName instead of R_GetColorByName)

* a fun little secret - typing "god on" in the console whilst super makes the player hyper (visual only, no sparkles - just rainbow flash) - can be removed if no fun is allowed

89319b1c2a Dummy out m_vector and use m_fixed's functions instead
These functions were already here before, and I /swear/ the slope
physics became slightly less glitchy after switching to them...
Only issue is the slope plane mapping code hasn't been properly
converted yet, so they don't render properly for now.
