37e16db41e Fix slope plane rotation and alignment.
A flattened-commit port of the SRB2 repository's software-slope-plane-uv-fix-attempt/merge request 1464 due to the vast, vast refactorings that would intefere with brightmaps and Encore if done one commit at a time.

316ecff003 [Software] A few floorsprite fixes
This fixes the texture of the floorsprite sometimes facing the wrong way, since plane rendering can change the view angle.

ca262dcbba Change the order of operations when applying transparency and colormap such that colormap isn't applied to the screen pixel twice (or, in the case of R_DrawTranslatedTranslucentColumn_8, thrice).
Please note I haven't touched the ASM equivalent, given as it's not actually used.

d582a9dd97 Encore mode - a fresh take on mirror mode!
* Palette remaps.
* Branding.

TODO:
* Doesn't work in GL. (Mostly.) I have SOME ideas on how to tackle this, but...
* Transmaps are broken in Encore for some reason.
* I tried to make in-level colormaps shimmy over, but it didn't quite work, so I commented it out and only semi-fixed it.

dc765cde2c Fix R_DrawColumnShadowed_8 crash encountered in FuriousFox's map
If you want more specifics, sloped FOFs are to blame it turns out: sometimes the bottom of an FOF wall blocking a segment of an in-level wall column can be considered ABOVE the top part of the FOF there (yikes), and then the dc_y* values go offscreen, and then BOOM

8cad9a6dc8 We can compile the slopes code now, yay! My brain hurts.
Compiling errors fixed in this commit:
* Various cases of mixed declaration and statement code
* Implicit declaration of slope functions (read: you forgot to put "include "p_slopes.h" in MORE than a few places)
* an odd case of a bad fixed_t to float typecase, cause by using P_GetZAt directly inside FIXED_TO_FLOAT
* a few minor cases of bad unsigned-signed comparisons
* no prototypes for some of the new slope functions. For goodness sake Red, this is basic stuff!
