Scrolling textures (continued) (#175) 
* Handle scroll targets as dynamic array + some error handling

* Remove the need to call init (clean automatically scroll targets)

* Free iteratively instead of recursive

* Added comments + handled some potential errors

* Completed comments

* Remove debug print
